Accessing the site implies acceptance of these terms of use, the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the site.

The owner may require prior registration to access certain areas, in which case the specific conditions indicated will also apply.

Users undertake to use the site diligently and undertake not to carry out the following conduct:

• Extracting, copying or crawling the site's listings, images or data on a massive scale (scraping, crawlers or equivalent techniques) without prior written authorisation.

• Using the site in a way that infringes third-party intellectual or industrial property, image or data protection rights.

Sending an information request, a viewing request or an availability alert does not create any contractual commitment for the user or the owner, nor does it reserve the property.

Any sale or lease will be formalised in a separate document, with the pre-contractual information required by consumer protection law and, where applicable, by means of a deposit agreement, lease agreement or public deed.

The owner may modify, update or remove the site's content, as well as the published properties, without prior notice and without any right to compensation.

The content is provided for information purposes. The owner does not guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or error-free, nor that a property will remain available until the transaction is formalised.

The site's content is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Section 4 of the Legal Notice applies: reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Users are liable for any damage caused to the owner, other users or third parties by their breach of these terms, including damage arising from misuse of the content or the introduction of false data.

The owner may amend these terms to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The terms published at the time of access are those applicable, with the date of the last update shown.

If any clause is declared void or unenforceable, the remaining content will remain valid and will be interpreted as closely as possible to the intention expressed in the affected clause.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, unless consumer protection law establishes another mandatory forum.
