This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (local and session storage) used by this website, in accordance with article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the Guidelines on the use of cookies issued by the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) (Spanish Data Protection Agency).

Property maps are displayed with the Leaflet library on OpenStreetMap tiles, which do not set their own tracking cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts and images from the site's own storage.
Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads cookies are installed only if you accept the corresponding categories. Embedded YouTube videos may set their own cookies when played.
You can open the settings panel at any time with the Configure cookies button shown at the top and bottom of this page, and also in the Legal menu in the footer. If you withdraw consent, cookies in the rejected categories are deleted.
This policy may be updated if the cookies used or the applicable regulations change. The version in force is the published one, with the last update date shown at the top.
